In collaboration with the Woodstock Film Festival, Queerly, Inc. presents a special screening of VELVET VISION: The Story of James Bidgood and the Making of Pink Narcissus.
This intimate documentary explores the life and legacy of visionary underground artist James Bidgood—the creative force behind the cult classic Pink Narcissus. The film follows Bidgood as he prepares to photograph again after forty years, reflecting on a life spent creating beauty outside the mainstream.
Following the screening, join a conversation with filmmaker Bart Everly, hosted by journalist Jonathan Van Meter.
